Shipping: On most shipments that require normal packaging, the shipping will be included in the total cost. For shipping items that are odd sizes or heavy, the customer will be contacted with shipping costs.
Returns: We reserve the right not to refund pipe orders.
We back up our pipes 100%. If needed, minor adjustments or replacement if we made it wrong to your giving measurement.
Allowing us 1/8 of an inch for mistake from your measurements. This is a hand made pipe. Sometimes it can happen.
We do not refund or replace for any damage to pipe caused by wet start, hot start, crash or burning.
You have 30 days to contact us for any minor adjustments once you receive the pipe.
All pipes work must be prepaid before any work is started.
We charge 30% for canceling after work has been started.
Occasionally we make refunds, but there is 50% charge for restocking. This only applies to popular jets only.
All other products are returnable within reason.
Returning products must be unused and in original package.
There is 15% charge for returning a working product.
Turbine engines and airplane kits are not refundable.
All custom built jets are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse sales to any individual or manufacturer.
